An agent is a Licensed Independent
Contractor Business with the expectation to produce income to their
Broker’s office in return for holding their license. With this in
mind, all agents are expected to work at their business and generate
income for all involved. Below is the company commission
structure with guidelines for part time agents as well as full time
agents.
Barbra Curtiss Realty, Inc definition of full time & part
time agent status:
- Full time Agent: Full time in real estate and does not work
any other full time job.
- Part time Agent: Employed full time other than
real estate.

Company generated BPO reports paid at a 50/50 split for orders
generated thru Barbra Curtiss’s client data base. Non BCR BPO
reports generated thru individual agent will be paid at Agents current
package.
Other fees due per year per Agent:
Atlanta Board of Realtors (To be paid directly to
Atlanta Board of Realtors by Agent)
Agent Referral Program.
For each agent you refer and bring into BCR you will receive a 1%
commission bonus for each closing your referred agent generates.
(If the agent you refer chooses the 100% agents package
unfortunately the 1% referral commission will not be eligible for this
program.)
Quarterly Agent Meeting.
Agents meetings are quarterly on the second (2nd)
Wednesday of January, April, July and October. All agents are
required to attend the quarterly agents meetings, no exceptions and
mandatory.
